Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification (as on 01.08.2026):
- For LDC / JSA and DEO / DEO Grade 'A' (General): Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
- For DEO Grade 'A' in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG), Ministry of Consumer Affairs, etc.: 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a compulsory subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
2. Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026):
Candidates must be between 18 and 27 years of age (born between 02.08.1999 and 01.08.2008, both dates inclusive).

Negative Marking: 0.50 marks will be deducted for each incorrect response in Tier-I.
Tier-II Examination Structure:
- Session-I (2 hours 15 mins):
- Section-I: Module-I (Mathematical Abilities - 30 Qs) & Module-II (Reasoning and General Intelligence - 30 Qs) = 60 Qs (180 Marks).
- Section-II: Module-I (English Language and Comprehension - 40 Qs) & Module-II (General Awareness - 20 Qs) = 60 Qs (180 Marks).
- Section-III: Module-I (Computer Knowledge Test - 15 Qs / 45 Marks, Qualifying in nature).
- Session-II (Skill / Typing Test):
- Module-II (Skill Test for DEO): Data Entry Speed of 8,000 Key Depressions per hour (15 minutes). For DEO in C&AG: 15,000 Key Depressions per hour.
- Module-II (Typing Test for LDC / JSA): Speed of 35 words per minute (w.p.m.) in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi (10 minutes).
