Eligibility Criteria for SAI Assistant Recruitment

1. Essential Educational Qualification

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent institution as on 01.08.2025 (which was the cut-off date for educational qualification under the SSC CGLE-2025 notification).

2. Mandatory Selection Prerequisite (SSC CGL 2025 PDL)

• Candidates must have appeared in the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025 and their names must figure in the Public Disclosure List (PDL) 2025 issued by the Staff Selection Commission.
• SAI is shortlisting applicants in a predetermined category-wise ratio directly from the scores and merit in the CGL 2025 PDL.

3. Age Limit & Relaxations (as on 25.09.2026)

• Candidates must not have attained the age of 30 years as on 25th September 2026.
• Age Relaxations: Upper age limit relaxations apply as per Government of India guidelines:
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
  • SC / ST Candidates: 5 Years
  • PwBD Candidates: 10 Years (General), 13 Years (OBC), 15 Years (SC/ST)
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per Central Government norms

Salary & Benefits

Selected Assistants will be placed in Level-06 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 35,400/- to Rs. 1,12,400/-) along with admissible Central Government allowances including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and medical facilities.
