Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) with an MBA / PGDM from a recognized University or Institute. |
- Associate (FT-M3): Minimum 5 to 10 years overall post-qualification experience across commercial, procurement, supply chain, or contracts, including at least 3 years handling public procurement via GeM / CPP / NIC portals for Govt / PSU / World Bank projects.
- Sr. Associate (FT-M4): Above 10 years overall post-qualification experience with identical public procurement expertise.

4-year full-time B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute. (Boiler Operation Engineer - BOE certification is desirable). |

- Sr. Associate (FT-M4): Above 10 years post-qualification experience in manufacturing or process industries.
