Eligibility Criteria & Mandatory Certifications
1. General Academic Requirement
Candidates must hold a full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or MCA / Postgraduate degree in relevant computing fields with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
2. Role-Wise Experience & Certifications
- Lead Auditor: Minimum 8 years of IT experience including at least 5 years conducting technology/IS audits in the BFSI sector. Mandatory Certification: CISA + CISSP or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
- Cyber & Network Security Specialist: Minimum 6 years handling firewalls, routers, ISMS management, or SOC/VAPT. Certifications: CISA / CISM / CCNA / CCNP Security / CEH.
- IT Infrastructure & Banking Specialist: Minimum 6 years handling Core Banking Solutions (CBS), SWIFT, payment gateways, and virtualization. Certifications: PCI DSS, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
- Ethical Hacker & Penetration Tester: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing (VAPT), and API security. Certifications: CEH / OSCP / ECSA.
- SOC & Information Security Analysts: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in security incident monitoring, SIEM tools, and threat detection. Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISM, or CISSP.
