Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications
- Assistant Manager (General): Two years of Post Graduation / Diploma in any stream from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Assistant Manager (Technical): B.E. or B.Tech degree in relevant engineering branch (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication) from an AICTE-recognized institution.
- Assistant Manager (Accounts): Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) with graduation OR MBA (Finance) with 60% marks.
- Assistant Manager (Marketing): Postgraduate degree or MBA with specialization in Marketing from a recognized University.
- Assistant Manager (Legal): Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized Indian University / Bar Council.
- Junior Executive: Bachelor's degree or 3-year diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
2. Age Limit & Relaxations (as on 01/10/2026)
