Eligibility Criteria
1. Nationality & Domicile
The candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and a permanent resident of Assam.
2. Employment Exchange Registration
Candidates must possess a valid Employment Exchange Registration Card issued by any Employment Exchange in the State of Assam as on the date of submission.
3. Age Limit & Relaxations (as on 01/01/2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- SC / ST(P) / ST(H): Upper age relaxation of 5 years (up to 45 years).
- OBC / MOBC: Upper age relaxation of 3 years (up to 43 years).
4. Educational & Technical Qualifications
- Must have passed the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC / 10+2) examination in Arts, Science, or Commerce from a recognized Council or Board.
- Must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Applications from a Government-recognized institution and demonstrate computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, typing).
- Must possess satisfactory character antecedents.
