Diploma in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55% marks and minimum 1 year post-qualification industrial experience in relevant field. |

Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks and minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in construction/maintenance. |
| Foreman (Instrumentation) |
Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics with minimum 55% marks and minimum 1 year relevant industrial experience. |
| Junior Superintendent (HR) |
Bachelor's Degree with minimum 55% marks along with Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HR with minimum 55% marks, plus minimum 1 year relevant administrative/HR experience. |
