Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualifications
1. Senior Finance Controller (01 Post)
- Qualification: Retired Assam Financial Service (AFS) Officer who held a post not below the rank of Financial Advisor / Senior Financial Advisor / Director Finance prior to retirement (preferably Senior Financial Advisor or Director Finance); OR Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA with minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in managing financial operations in a reputed organization.
- Age Limit: Up to 65 years as on 1st January 2025.
2. Executive – Procurement (Bio-Medical Engineering) (03 Posts)
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Instrumentation / Bio-Medical Engineering / Medical Electronics from a recognized University or Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, installation, or maintenance of hospital and medical equipment in government or reputed healthcare organizations.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years as on 1st January 2026.
3. Executive – Procurement (Drugs) (02 Posts)
- Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in drug procurement, supply chain, or inventory management; OR Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years as on 1st January 2026.
4. Executive – Quality Control (02 Posts)
- Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) / Master of Science (M.Sc) with minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in a pharmaceutical firm or drug testing laboratory; OR Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) with minimum 5 years of experience in quality control.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years as on 1st January 2026.
