The Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) has released the official notification for the Assam Joint Lateral Entrance Examination (JLEE) 2025. This state-level entrance exam offers lateral admission into the 3rd semester of B.Tech programs across engineering colleges in Assam.

General Requirements

Educational Qualification
- Must hold a recognized 3-year Diploma in Engineering from a Polytechnic Institution of Assam under State Council of Technical Education (SCTE).
- Minimum required marks:
- 45% for General category
- 40% for SC/ST candidates
Final Year Candidates
- Candidates appearing in final diploma exams can apply provisionally.
- They must submit final diploma mark sheet and pass certificate at the time of admission.
