Selection Process
The selection process is conducted in three stages:
Preliminary Examination
- Two papers: General Studies-I & General Studies-II
- 200 marks each, 2 hours per paper
- Negative Marking: ¼ mark for each wrong answer
- Mode: Objective type, Offline
Main Examination
- 6 papers – Essay, General Studies, Optional Papers
- 250 marks each
- Total Marks: 1500
- Medium: English or Assamese
Interview/Personality Test
- 180 Marks
- Final merit will be prepared based on Mains + Interview marks
