1. Assistant Professor in Pedagogy (Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, History & Geography)
- Postgraduate Master’s degree in the relevant subject/discipline with at least 55% aggregate marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale).
- B.Ed. Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from an NCTE-recognized institution.
- National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR, or State Level Eligibility Test (SLET / SET) accredited by UGC, or a Ph.D. Degree in Education or the concerned subject awarded in compliance with UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations.
- Desirable: M.Ed. degree or M.Ed. with specialized pedagogical focus; Ph.D. in Education.
2. Assistant Professor in Educational Studies
- Postgraduate degree in Education (M.Ed.) with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade).
- Qualified in NET / SLET / SET in Education or awarded a Ph.D. in Education in accordance with UGC standards.
- Desirable: Additional Master’s degree in Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology, or allied humanities subjects.
