Eligibility Criteria & Experience Requirements

1. Manager (Finance & Accounts)

  • Academic Qualification: Must possess a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree from a recognized University. Candidates with CA Intermediate qualification will be given preference.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience at the level of Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) or equivalent in a Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, or reputed corporate organization.
  • Functional Competency: Solid hands-on proficiency in Tally accounting software, Income Tax rules, Corporate Law, statutory compliances, and State PSU accounting procedures.

2. Manager (Commercial)

  • Academic Qualification: Must possess a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree from a recognized University. A recognized Degree or Diploma in Inventory Management / Supply Chain is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience at the level of Deputy Manager (Commercial / Store / Warehousing) or equivalent in a Government Department or PSU.
  • Computer Knowledge: Practical knowledge of computer operations and enterprise management systems is mandatory.

3. Age Limit & Relaxations (as on 01/04/2026)

  • Age Bracket: Candidate must not be below 45 years and not above 55 years of age.
  • SC / ST Candidates: Upper age relaxation of 5 years (up to 60 years).
  • OBC Candidates: Upper age relaxation of 3 years (up to 58 years).
