Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Ceiling
The upper age limit is set at 35 years as on 1st July 2026. Standard Government of India age relaxations apply for reserved community categories as per applicable rules.
2. Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA): Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management in the Government / Autonomous Body / PSU sector.
- OR
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com: Master's in Business Administration with specialization in Finance or Master of Commerce from a recognized University with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in government accounting and financial administration.
3. Desirable Functional Competencies
- Thorough understanding of Government Accounting standards for autonomous organizations.
- Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime / ERP accounting packages.
- Familiarity with Government e-Marketplace (GeM) procurement rules, General Financial Rules (GFR), and tender evaluation.
- Proficiency in processing TA/DA claims, medical reimbursements, pension settlements, internal audit, and statutory taxation compliances (GST, TDS).
